PCB likely to demote provincial coaches based on their performance

Lahore: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has started scrutiny at the provincial level to make the domestic cricket transparent. Coaches from six provincial teams have been interviewed for their performance last year by the Head of High-Performance Coaching Grant Bradburn.

Sources told ARY News that three to five coaches may be demoted after Bradburn deeply analyzed the performance of the coaches. U-16, U-19, first and second Provincial XI coaches were asked about coaching, high-performance coaching, grassroots and game plan.

It must be noted here that assessment process of coaches will end in second week of July. In first phase, coaches presented report on the annual performance and future plans. The coaches presented report on performance of their respective team management in second phase of the assessment process. In last phase, coaches will analyze the performance of each other.
