Located on the ground floor of a new Norman Foster luxury residential tower in Midtown East, the space evoke an indoor garden with leafy plants everywhere. The modernist interior is filled with natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. A palette of green shades are found on the marble walls or the soft velvet curtains. To contrast with the wild atmosphere, Joseph Durand chose structured furniture slightly curved and noble materials.
On the food side, Alain Verzeroli created a vegetable-driven menu while mixing it with his classic french technique. Local, seasonal fruits and vegetables, fresh herbs, and greens are complemented by wild and sustainable fish, meat, and poultry. You can find surprising yet delicious flavor encounters such as Poached Maine Lobster with broccoli and blood orange.
